1. Ownership of Data

All data, files, information, and content uploaded, submitted, or otherwise provided through our Services become the sole and exclusive property of Athena Force LLC. By using our Services, you agree that:

• You permanently relinquish all ownership, rights, and claims to such data.
• Athena Force LLC may use, store, modify, analyze, share, or delete this data at its sole discretion.
• Athena Force LLC is not responsible for any data loss, leaks, breaches, or unauthorized access, regardless of cause.

2. Refund Policy

All subscriptions are refundable according to the following schedule (calculated from the original subscription payment date):

1. Within the first 7 calendar days from the subscription start date: 75% refund
2. Day 8–14: 50% refund
3. Day 15–21: 25% refund
4. Day 22 and beyond: No refund

Refund requests must be submitted via our contact form at https://athenaforce.com/contactus.php. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the request, with an additional 3–5 business days for bank processing. All refunds are returned to the original payment method. Athena Force LLC does not store payment information; all payments are processed via Stripe.

3. No Storage Services

You acknowledge that your subscription does not include data or file storage. You are paying solely for access to the Services, including any files or data you voluntarily upload.

4. Disputes and Litigation

If any dispute, claim, or legal action arises from your use of our Services, you agree to be responsible for all legal fees, attorney costs, reputational damages, and related expenses incurred by Athena Force LLC, regardless of the outcome.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials—is owned by Athena Force LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission from Athena Force LLC.

6. Data Tracking

Athena Force LLC tracks and logs all activity within our Services, including but not limited to:

• IP addresses
• File uploads and transfers
• User actions and frequency
• Metrics and analytics data

By using our Services, you consent to this tracking.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any User at any time for any reason. You may appeal such decisions via our contact page.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload or distribute illegal, abusive, or hateful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute viruses or malicious software
• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Athena Force LLC does not guarantee that Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Athena Force LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Athena Force LLC in the preceding 12 months.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. All disputes must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Benton County, Washington. Both parties consent to this jurisdiction and venue.

12. Class Action Waiver

All disputes must be resolved individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action or consolidated proceeding.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Athena Force LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Modifications to Terms

Athena Force LLC may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Account Management

Users can request account creation, deletion, upgrades, or downgrades via our contact page. Requests will be reviewed within 14 days. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Upon account closure, all associated data will be deleted.

17. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party providers such as Stripe. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or security.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, hosting outages, or power failures.
